Updated international CCS-Statistics

We updated the statistics for the international economics of European CCS. The objective was to eliminate distortions due to different reporting periods and different sources of income.

Therefore, all figures now refer to CMOs' royalty income from 2019 and only for authors' rights in musical works.

Accordingly, we have rewritten the weight "CSS's total turnover" to "CCS's royalty turnover". We had to remove the KPIs for two CMOs because we found that they did not resolve mixed repertoire in the transparency reports and thus the KPIs would be incomparable.
